Lina Khalifeh Founder of SheFighter
 
SheFighter was born in the mind of Lina Khalifeh in January 2010, however the legal registration and formal birth of SheFighter was in April 2010, in Amman, Jordan.
After the assault of one of Lina's colleagues back in College "Sara" from her brother and father. Lina started training women at the basement of her parent’s house Self-Defense to end violence against women. 
Lina managed to start her own and first Self-Defense Studio for women "SheFighter" in 2012 in Amman, Jordan. 
SheFighter Studio became the 1st Self-Defense Studio in the Middle East, designed to empower women both mentally and physically through Self-Defense training. 

Lina got tired of the fact that there is no real solutions to end violence against women and domestic violence. Solutions has to be done in a different way. 
Lina has more than 25 years of experience in practicing Martial Arts like Taekwondo, Kick-Boxing, Kung Fu and Boxing.
 She also holds the black belt in Taekwondo 3DAN, and has represented Jordan in many competitions (National and International). Holds 20 Gold Medals. 

Some of Lina's achievements: 

  • Lina has been awarded the ESPN Humanitarian Award presented by UFC and ESPN in 2019
  • She has been awarded the "Economic Empowerment" Award by Former Secretary Hillary Clinton 2018
  • She has been awarded Female Entrepreneur of the year 2016 by The Women Economic Forum in Dubai
  • She has been recognized by President Barack Obama during his speech in 2015 at the White House naming her "Leader of Social Change"

While working on teaching The SheFighter Method to women, Lina created her clothing and Footwear apparel company for women "SheFighter" that was sold in 35 countries globally.
